No Call, No Show Policy as of Jan 1st, 2022 Client will be charged 50% for scheduled appointment and will not be able to book any future appointments without paying full price up front. Client is considered No Call, No Show after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time and no communication between the client and service provider has been acknowledge by the service provider. Cancellation Policy as of Jan 1st, 2022 Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee, The cancellation fee is 20% of the scheduled service amount and will automatically be charged to the clients card on file. If client is 15+ minutes late for scheduled appointment, they will need to reschedule and will be charged the cancellation fee if communication between the client and service provider has been acknowledged. Refund Policy as of Jan 1st, 2022 All services are non-refundable. However, if client is not satisfied with their service then they can contact the service provider for a free fix within the first 3 days of their appointment
